The Old Stone House
This famous Dutch stone farmhouse was originally built in 1699 and has weaved its way through Brooklyn history. In 1776, it was used as an artillery position during the Battle of Brooklyn. Nearly 100 years later, it became the first clubhouse for Brooklyn's National Baseball League team, later known as the Brooklyn Dodgers. Today the house is a popular Brooklyn museum.
