Q: What is your check-in/check-out time?
A: Check-in: 3:00 p.m. | Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
Q: Can I request a late check-out?
A: You are always welcome to request a late check-out, but it can not be guaranteed. If available, check-outs by 1:00 p.m. are no charge. Late check-outs from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. will be charged $100. After 3:00 p.m., you will be charged for a full day.
Q: What are my transportation options to/from the airport?

Q: What is your payment policy?
A: Your reservation must be guaranteed with credit card/deposit for 1 night, applied in advance. You must present a valid credit card at check-in, which will be used to cover Room and Tax plus $150.00 per night for incidentals. We allow, but do not promote paying by cash or debit card at check-out only.
Q: Will I be charged before arrival?
A: You will be charged your first night's deposit 48 hours in advance of your arrival. This charge will occur on the credit card you provided during the reservation process. Upon arrival, you may elect another payment option for the remainder of your charges. This includes another credit card, debit card or cash.
Q: Can I store my luggage for the day once I’ve checked out of the hotel?
A: Yes, we can store your luggage here for the day.
